TL;DR
Business Development Representative (SaaS): Generating a pipeline of expansion opportunities for existing customers within the cloud communications portfolio with an accent on outbound outreach and lead qualification. Focus on identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, booking discovery meetings, and collaborating with Client Sales Advisors to grow existing accounts.
Location: In-Office 5 days/week in Denver, CO
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 / year

What you will do
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to existing customers.
- Qualify business priorities for UCaaS, CCaaS, and other cloud-based solutions.
- Book discovery meetings for Client Sales Advisors and ensure seamless handoffs.
- Manage activity, build lists, and track outreach sequences using Salesforce.
- Collaborate daily with sales pods to strategize on account targeting and follow-up.
- Meet or exceed monthly activity and opportunity creation KPIs.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in B2B business development, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Must be based in and able to work onsite in Denver, CO.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM for pipeline tracking.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone and email.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in the cloud/SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with UCaaS, contact centers, cloud storage, or business productivity applications.
