What you will do

• Represent the CPO in product reviews, making critical decisions and ensuring team accountability.
• Define and monitor product strategy, objectives, and key results across the organization.
• Design and execute high-priority projects, acting as a PMO when necessary.
• Build and run the Product Center of Excellence to standardize and elevate product craft.
• Orchestrate alignment across global expansion efforts to surface dependencies and risks.
• Prepare executive-level business updates and materials for leadership discussions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sao Paulo or Mexico City.
• Proven experience as a disciplined operator managing complex, parallel workstreams.
• Strong product instincts with the ability to weigh tradeoffs and make high-level decisions.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including building workflows, integrating APIs, and connecting data sources.
• Deep understanding of how large organizations function and how to navigate decision-making structures.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
