What you will do

• Manage end-to-end integration, testing, and validation of new payout rails.
• Proactively monitor payment rail health and escalate issues to prevent user impact.
• Lead operational response and coordination during system outages.
• Set up post-launch monitoring to ensure product quality and surface issues.
• Translate recurring processes into clean SOPs for incident response and delegation.
• Scope cross-functional requests and prepare technical documentation for engineering.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in product ops, analytics, or fintech.
• Native or professional fluency in Spanish is required.
• High proficiency in English is required for internal collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools (SQL proficiency is a plus).
• Ability to read technical design docs and engage in architecture discussions.
• Bias for action and ability to operate in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
