What you will do

• Manage end-to-end integration, testing, and validation of new payout rails.
• Monitor payment rail health, track provider availability, and escalate issues.
• Lead operational response and cross-team coordination during system outages.
• Set up post-launch monitoring to surface issues and improve product quality.
• Translate recurring operational processes into clean SOPs and runbooks.
• Scope cross-functional requests and prepare technical tickets for engineering.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in product ops, analytics, or fintech.
• Proficiency in BI tools and strong analytical skills (SQL is a plus).
• Ability to interpret technical design docs, API contracts, and system dependencies.
• Native or professional fluency in Spanish and high proficiency in English.
• Ability to lead without formal authority across diverse departments and cultures.
• Bias for action with a preference for execution over perfect planning.
