What you will do

• Lead the growth strategy for digital credit products, focusing on acquisition, conversion, and revenue expansion.
• Optimize digital origination channels and end-to-end customer journeys to improve scalability.
• Analyze funnel metrics and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks.
• Design and execute A/B tests to reduce friction and improve conversion rates across digital journeys.
• Collaborate with product, UX, technology, and legal teams to implement strategic growth initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize key KPIs including CAC, retention, and revenue per customer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or Statistics.
• Proven experience in growth or funnel optimization within fintechs or financial services.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) required.
• Hands-on experience with data-driven experimentation and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical ability to work with CAC and conversion metrics.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM tools, automation platforms, and analytics solutions.
• Experience specifically with credit products or lending journeys.
• Background in high-growth digital banks or large-scale financial platforms.
