TL;DR

Senior Growth Marketing Product Manager (Fintech): Own the product layer of the growth engine, turning high-impact hypotheses into scalable experiences across acquisition, activation, referrals, app, SEO, and ASO. Focus on optimizing funnels, designing rapid experiments, analyzing user behavior, and driving conversion, retention, and organic growth through data-informed decisions and cross-functional execution.

Location: Remote work environment, offices in Miami and Mexico City with hybrid model preferred if possible

Hyper-growth Series B fintech building an AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot for remittances using blockchain and stablecoins to serve Latin immigrants in the U.S.

What you will do

  • Own growth product roadmap, prioritization, and execution tied to business KPIs.
  • Optimize acquisition flows including landing pages, onboarding, and web-to-WhatsApp.
  • Build and scale referral programs and viral growth loops.
  • Improve app growth, ASO, install-to-transaction conversion, and push notifications.
  • Lead SEO, ASO, and AI-driven discovery initiatives.
  • Design and execute experimentation cycles with hypothesis testing and data analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Lead design systems and ensure visual brand consistency across growth assets.

Requirements

  • Language: Spanish native speaker and Advanced English level
  • Strong product judgment with experience in growth, conversion, onboarding, or consumer funnels.
  • Deep analytical skills for funnels, cohorts, experiments, and data-driven decisions.
  • Technical fluency in integrations, APIs, event tracking, and product architecture.
  • Experience in B2C consumer products, preferably fintech or transactional.
  • Cross-functional leadership to align teams on requirements and execution.
  • Experimentation discipline with A/B tests, metrics, and clear decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Growth Product, CRO, Product-Led Growth, or acquisition funnels.
  • Comfort with analytics tools, SQL, dashboards, and experimentation platforms.
  • Fintech, remittances, or high-frequency transactional product background.
