What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end purchase order process and process supplier invoices across all Group entities.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs and perform bank and supplier reconciliations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee and supplier queries regarding invoices and payments.
• Maintain and improve scalable financial controls to support the business's continued growth.
• Manage the employee expense reimbursement process in accordance with company policy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts payable, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong educational background with a high level of numeracy and a track record of achievement.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for the hybrid work schedule.
• Familiarity with accounts payable software (experience with Tipalti or Sage Intacct is advantageous).
• Exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills.
