Junior Accountant Intern

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with two days of home office per week.

What you will do

• Process supplier invoices in Workday and review purchase orders for invoice matching.
• Manage vendor payments and create new supplier accounts.
• Assist with bank, credit card, and monthly account reconciliations.
• Review employee travel expense reports.
• Prepare general accounting entries, including prepayments and accruals.
• Assist with revenue entries generated from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and handle ad hoc accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Currently studying Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a closely related degree with substantial accounting coursework.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
• Fluent English speaker required.

Nice to have

• French or German language skills.
