Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid arrangement with two days of home office per week

What you will do
- Process supplier invoices in Workday and match purchase orders with invoices.
- Manage vendor payments and create new supplier accounts.
- Assist with bank, credit card, and monthly reconciliations.
- Review employee travel expense reports.
- Prepare prepayment, accrual, and revenue entries using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Support ad hoc accounting tasks and coordinate activities with the Senior Accountant in the UK.
Requirements
- Currently studying Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a closely related degree with substantial accounting coursework.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English speaker required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of French or German.
