• Process sales invoices using the internal Finance system and Aviva's in-house portal.
• Handle supplier invoices from automotive bodyshops, performing necessary checks and controls.
• Organize weekly payment runs to ensure partner garages are paid on time.
• Manage and resolve queries from garages and internal business colleagues.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the invoicing system to provide optimal customer solutions.

Requirements

• Good understanding of ledger work within accounts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy during data entry.
