What you will do

  • Manage daily invoice runs and issue manual sales invoices and credit notes.
  • Prepare monthly customer statement runs and reconcile Accounts Receivable subledger to the General Ledger.
  • Process and allocate customer payments and refunds.
  • Provide timely responses to internal and external customer queries.
  • Support audit requirements and month-end closing procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Credit Controller on cash collection activities.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a Sales Ledger or similar finance role.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of multi-currency transactions, VAT legislation, and export requirements.
  • Professional communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Telford, UK.
