What you will do

• Direct the departmental workforce and coordinate manufacturing operations for critical high-volume lines (EPS, RPS, or Shipping).
• Organize and assign work to optimize production costs and ensure the highest quality of workmanship.
• Manage schedules, administer discipline, and maintain strict conformance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing personnel regarding tool design, production methods, and applications.
• Maintain security of buildings, equipment, and personnel while ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Act in a Production Manager or Senior Management capacity during temporary vacancies or absences.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a production environment.
• BA in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with hourly staff and management.
• Mechanical competence and deep knowledge of safety-conscious practices.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs unassisted and stand or walk for 8-12 hours daily in an industrial environment.
• Ability to work the night shift: Sunday through Tuesday 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM CST and alternating Saturdays.
