What you will do

• Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance on all PV Solar equipment and associated systems.
• Execute electrical troubleshooting, instrumentation calibration, and repair of distributed control systems and inverters.
• Prepare and implement switching and clearance orders in coordination with the Operations Center.
• Develop plant orders, operating instructions, and technical documentation.
• Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with environmental and safety requirements (JHA, PJB, LOTO).
• Operate mechanical and electrical PV Solar power plant systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Demonstrable mechanical aptitude and electrical knowledge.
• Experience level based on grade: L1 (entry), L2 (1+ years PV or 2+ years I&E/Electrician), L3 (4+ years PV or equivalent I&E experience).
• Ability to work overtime, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Will not sponsor nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.).

Nice to have

• 2-year technical degree.
• Equivalent Journeyman certification or qualifications.
