What you will do

• Own and grow a book of business across leading US law firms as the primary point of accountability for client outcomes.
• Lead the full client lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing engagement to ensure long-term value.
• Act as the voice of the client internally to influence Product and Engineering roadmaps.
• Drive adoption by shaping client workflows using data, reporting, and platform expertise.
• Proactively identify risks and growth opportunities within accounts using engagement signals.
• Build strong in-person relationships through regular engagement and travel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Client Success or Account Management within a complex SaaS environment.
• Must be based in Charlotte, NC or Richmond, VA (regular in-office presence required).
• Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data trends into action.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams.
• Preference for a legal background (experience at a law firm, legal tech, or litigation support).
