What you will do

• Coordinate and maintain production schedules using INFOR to ensure operational efficiency.
• Prepare and distribute fabrication packages from engineering to mechanical supervisors for execution.
• Generate weekly production reports and daily line efficiency tracking.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to resolve constraints and maintain schedules.
• Revise and reschedule orders based on material shortages, expedited requests, or cancellations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field (Industrial Engineering is a bonus).
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (internships and co-ops considered).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
