Salary: $83,711 - $109,870 USD

What you will do
- Complete multiple 12-month functional rotations across Global Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, and Supply Chain.
- Participate in a structured Leadership Development Series to build enterprise-wide influence and operational expertise.
- Engage in executive mentorship and high-impact operational projects to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate across scientific, operational, and corporate functions to support clinical and commercial CAR-T therapy production.
- Develop leadership capabilities by managing self and others while influencing senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Recent M.S. or M.A. graduate (Class of 2023-2026).
- 2-3 years of professional experience in life sciences, manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain.
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and aspiration to grow into enterprise leadership roles.
