What you will do

• Coordinate maintenance safety activities and eradicate high-risk conditions for technicians and engineers.
• Manage Loss Intelligence systems to identify and eliminate equipment losses and chronic issues.
• Drive maturity of the Planned Maintenance system using company-defined methodologies and WCM strategies.
• Lead root cause investigations into equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage the planning, execution, and closure of capital expenditure (CapEx) projects.
• Integrate maintenance procedures with production processes to support Autonomous and Quality Maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation & Control, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipment in food packaging or converting industries.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship or relocation provided.
• Experience with automation, machine assemblies, blueprints, and failure mode analysis.
• Proven ability to guide, coach, and manage team performance.
• Proficiency in MS Project, PowerBI, SAP PM, and ERP systems.
