What you will do

• Lead the product design and manufacturing process for next-gen AI hardware system development.
• Establish NPI product manufacturing processes, systems, and quality controls, defining clear milestones and deliverables.
• Provide hands-on manufacturing analysis during design, development, testing, prototypes, and production phases.
• Own L6 through L10 product manufacturing development, including PCB, PCBA, cabling, connectorization, and assembly.
• Develop and manage overall manufacturing requirements, scope, and schedules with engineering teams, TPMs, and partners.
• Research automation techniques and develop new tests and systems to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Impressive track record of leading complex projects from concept to production launch.
• Deep familiarity with PCB material selection, PCBA, BOM component selection, assembly, and rework processes.
• Significant experience driving creativity, quality, and schedule at multinational JDM/CMs and suppliers.
• Experience with testing ultra-high speed signals and analyzing manufacturing test data.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in San Francisco, CA.
• Must meet U.S. export control laws and regulations legal status requirements.
