What you will do

• Develop and monitor program plans, schedules, and cost compliance to ensure seamless coordination.
• Coordinate resource assignment and allocation with functional management.
• Manage day-to-day customer communications to resolve outstanding issues efficiently.
• Ensure all program activities and deliverables strictly comply with contract requirements.
• Prepare and lead internal and customer status reviews, including presentation materials.
• Support the preparation of proposals and change orders, including fact-finding and negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, preferably Engineering.
• 5+ years of program management experience in manufacturing highly engineered products.
• Experience within the aerospace or defense industries.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive physical examination.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project management tools, including Earned Value Management (EVM).
