Salary: $170,000–$220,000 Annually (Buffalo, NY)

What you will do

  • Own overall program success including schedule, scope, cost, quality, risk, and technical performance for major programs.
  • Define program lifecycle plans, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and drive on-time, on-quality delivery.
  • Identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks; enforce configuration and change management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, testing, quality, and sustainment.
  • Manage customer relationships, negotiate contracts and SOWs, and ensure contractual compliance.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and earned value metrics to meet profitability goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of Program Management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of total professional experience.
  • This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information (ITAR/EAR).
  • Strong understanding of program planning, scheduling (e.g., MS Project), budgeting, and EVM.
