What you will do

  • Own enterprise OTB campaign creation, deployment, and performance reporting for aesthetics and audiology verticals.
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle marketing and email funnel experiments for practice partners and patients.
  • Coordinate with designers and contractors to produce sales assets, decks, and co-branded materials.
  • Act as the primary cross-functional project manager to align stakeholders and keep campaigns on track.
  • Perform final QA and proofing for all campaigns to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Build and maintain internal data hubs and implement systems to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of execution-focused marketing experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven experience executing email marketing programs, including list management and reporting.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent written communication and high attention to detail for proofreading.
  • Comfort working with data, maintaining spreadsheets, and presenting results.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or fintech domains.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, or AI content tools.
  • Background in both B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Experience supporting sales teams with enablement materials.
