What you will do
- Oversee quality control inspection and testing for both in-house production and outside vendor work.
- Maintain system documentation using SPIs, ISO standards, and Quality Control Review Audits.
- Review internal documentation and outgoing paperwork daily for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct monthly internal quality audits for covering and millroom operations.
- Manage raw material inventory through shop floor feedback and plant order reviews.
- Develop and maintain certification programs for the training of employees and vendors.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Neenah, WI, US.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 3-5 years of equivalent manufacturing experience.
- Solid knowledge of formal quality systems such as ISO, QIT, or TQM.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a machine shop environment.
