What you will do

• Oversee quality control inspection and testing for both in-house production and outside vendor work.
• Maintain system documentation using SPIs, ISO standards, and Quality Control Review Audits.
• Review internal documentation and outgoing paperwork daily for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct monthly internal quality audits for covering and millroom operations.
• Manage raw material inventory through shop floor feedback and plant order reviews.
• Develop and maintain certification programs for the training of employees and vendors.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Neenah, WI, US.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 3-5 years of equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Solid knowledge of formal quality systems such as ISO, QIT, or TQM.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a machine shop environment.
