What you will do

• Lead quality assurance and process improvement programs across products, value streams, and services at the Tampa-area Product Inspection operation.
• Support the development and implementation of a robust Quality Management System and lead the site's initial ISO 9000 certification and ongoing compliance.
• Coordinate final quality and safety inspections, including radiation safety tests and electrical and mechanical risk assessments before shipment.
• Establish quality dashboards and analyze performance indicators such as COPQ, DPU, PFRW, quality notifications, and on-time delivery.
• Lead process audits, structured problem solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement using 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, A3, SPC, and Six Sigma methods.
• Maintain SOPs, work instructions, calibration programs, nonconformance processes, customer returns, and internal audits while mentoring and training employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of experience leading quality improvement efforts.
• Experience with ISO 9000 standards and deployment of ISO 9000 systems.
• Practical experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, COPQ measurement, statistical analysis, auditing, and process control.
• Knowledge of quality methodologies including 5 Why, Pareto Analysis, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP, and value stream mapping.
• Strong communication, consensus-building, people management, change management, teaching, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
