What you will do

• Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise platform projects including design, configuration, and integration.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for third-party implementation partners.
• Manage complex integrations between core enterprise systems and the broader technology stack using middleware and APIs.
• Drive the adoption of CI/CD practices, automated testing, and security analysis within the platform ecosystem.
• Guide quality assurance strategies including SIT, UAT, and performance testing.
• Manage the transition from project delivery to production, including cutover and operational knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in large-scale enterprise platform delivery (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of middleware platforms, RESTful APIs, and integration-as-a-service architectures.
• Hands-on experience with modern release management, CI/CD, and automated testing frameworks.
• High proficiency in enterprise-grade project and test management tools like Jira or qTest.
• Ability to facilitate communication across complex, multi-vendor, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Industry-recognized platform certifications at Associate or Professional levels.
