What you will do

• Define and lead the multi-year global ERP strategy and roadmap, aligning technology investments with business growth plans.
• Drive end-to-end ERP transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA migrations, cloud enablement, and clean core adoption.
• Establish and lead a global ERP Center of Excellence (CoE), defining operating models, governance, and best practices.
• Own the enterprise ERP architecture strategy, overseeing the SAP ecosystem including BTP, Databricks, and Joule.
• Provide executive oversight of ERP operations and service delivery to ensure reliability and user satisfaction.
• Establish and enforce global governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to GxP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology or ERP architecture, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in SAP ERP (S/4HANA) and a proven track record of leading large-scale global transformations.
• Extensive knowledge of GxP compliance, SAP security, and regulatory frameworks such as SOX/SOD, CSV, and GMP.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong experience in enterprise integration, data strategy, and cloud-based ERP ecosystems.

Nice to have

• Experience working within the life sciences or other heavily regulated industries.
• Relevant SAP certifications.
• Experience with SAP BTP, Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, and modern DevOps practices.
