What you will do

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including data gathering, platform configuration, and training.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for new and expanding government customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify, enhance, and automate customer workflows.
• Provide expert guidance on governmental processes to ensure tailored solution delivery.
• Gather customer feedback and feature requests to influence product development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal team members.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the public sector (Procurement, Budgeting, Finance, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience in software implementation consulting or equivalent client-facing roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, formulas).
• Solid understanding of governmental concepts and financial data analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for phone support and training.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
