Senior Account Manager (SLED): Driving revenue growth and managing strategic relationships within the SLED sector for hirify.global's IT infrastructure solutions with an accent on channel partner collaboration and direct customer engagement. Location: Remote (US), but must be able to conduct face-to-face meetings at least 3 days a week with prospects and partners in the territory

Salary: $253,600 – $380,400 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to customers' business needs.
  • Foster and strengthen business partnerships with existing accounts and new prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions.
  • Identify and leverage customer references to promote and sell hirify.global products.
  • Provide critical product feedback to the engineering team for continuous solution improvement.
  • Manage the sales process, including responding to RFPs and coordinating with channel partner representatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, preferably within the SLED sector.
  • Proven track record of consistent success and established SLED relationships in the territory.
  • Strong expertise in technical specifications required to sell hirify.global products and services.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be based in the US and available for frequent face-to-face territory visits.
