Salary: USD $280,000 - $400,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Manage complex, high-value accounts within the SLED (State, Local, and Higher Education) segment.
  • Develop and influence C-level relationships to become a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
  • Represent hirify.global’s full SaaS portfolio using a consultative, value-driven sales approach.
  • Identify and close new business, expand existing accounts, and drive long-term customer success.
  • Maintain data-driven forecasts and pipeline management using Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of successful SaaS enterprise field sales experience, specifically selling to large SLED customers.
  • Expertise in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and C-level decision-making.
  • Consistent track record of quota over-achievement and maximizing customer lifetime value.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
  • Must be based in the USA (no employment-based immigration sponsorship provided).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of EUC, VDI, UEM, or DaaS solutions.
