TL;DR

Client Director (SaaS): Managing and expanding high-value enterprise relationships for a leading Digital Employee Experience platform with an accent on CxO-level engagement, strategic account planning, and revenue growth. Focus on driving platform adoption, orchestrating cross-functional virtual teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes for global enterprise clients.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Hybrid/Remote)

Compensation: $300,000–$360,000 OTE (Base salary $180,000–$216,000)

What you will do

  • Build and deepen multi-level relationships within assigned marquee accounts, from IT teams to the C-suite.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive license expansion and professional services adoption.
  • Partner with clients to align the platform with their business priorities and ensure measurable value realization.
  • Orchestrate internal resources across functions and geographies to deliver a consistent, high-impact client experience.
  • Manage the commercial health of your portfolio, including renewals and achieving revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales or account leadership experience.
  • 2+ years in a Client Director, Strategic Account Executive, or equivalent role managing large, complex accounts.
  • Direct experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, or Digital Employee Experience.
  • Proven track record of engaging and influencing CIOs, CHROs, and other C-suite stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
