Location: Must be based in Texas or Florida (Remote/Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of large state and federal agency accounts, driving deep product adoption and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior government IT leaders, helping them navigate budget constraints and procurement cycles.
  • Translate technical capabilities into public sector outcomes like risk reduction, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead structured Executive Business Reviews focused on security posture and IT modernization roadmaps.
  • Manage complex government procurement processes, including RFPs and cooperative purchasing agreements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to advocate for SLED customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in enterprise SLED account management within large government organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise procurement, multi-year budget cycles, and grant funding mechanisms.
  • Experience engaging senior government stakeholders like CIOs and CISOs.
  • Strong familiarity with federal and state IT frameworks and cybersecurity mandates (NIST, CJIS, HIPAA, FedRAMP).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and enterprise CRM best practices.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship is not available).
