What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of large state and federal agency accounts to drive deep product adoption and long-term retention.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to CIOs, CISOs, and IT Directors on risk reduction, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for RMM, endpoint management, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews focused on security posture improvements and public accountability metrics.
  • Navigate complex government procurement processes, including large-scale RFPs and grant funding sources like ARPA and E-Rate.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to advocate for SLED-specific feature requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record managing and growing large, complex state or federal government accounts.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise public sector procurement processes, multi-year budget cycles, and grant funding.
  • Experience engaging and consulting with senior government stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs).
  • Strong familiarity with cybersecurity mandates including NIST, CJIS, FERPA, HIPAA, and FedRAMP.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and enterprise CRM best practices.
  • Must be based in California, Washington, Oregon, Texas, or Florida.
