What you will do
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead identification and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas.
- Utilize a consultative approach to diagnose customer needs and demonstrate tailored software solutions.
- Maintain and update sales forecasts and CRM systems to ensure pipeline accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong professional networks both within and outside of the company.
- Travel up to 50% of the time to engage with prospects and customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in financial technology (fintech) sales targeting mid-size public companies.
- Proven track record of selling to financial professionals and securing new accounts.
- Strong proficiency in cold calling, negotiation, and financial analysis.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Must be based in the United States.
