What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead identification and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to diagnose customer needs and demonstrate tailored software solutions.
  • Maintain and update sales forecasts and CRM systems to ensure pipeline accuracy.
  • Build and maintain strong professional networks both within and outside of the company.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to engage with prospects and customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in financial technology (fintech) sales targeting mid-size public companies.
  • Proven track record of selling to financial professionals and securing new accounts.
  • Strong proficiency in cold calling, negotiation, and financial analysis.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Must be based in the United States.
