What you will do

• Own the product vision, multi-year roadmap, and execution strategy for A2A payment rails.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Designers, setting OKRs and driving execution excellence.
• Manage product P&L in collaboration with Finance to ensure alignment between investment and business performance.
• Translate complex partner and merchant needs into scalable solutions for disbursements, payroll, and collections.
• Partner with Engineering on core payment infrastructure including settlement, reconciliation, and fraud systems.
• Represent the product externally through customer engagements and industry advocacy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in payments or financial services.
• Deep hands-on experience with A2A payment systems such as ACH, RTP, FedNow, or open banking.
• Proven track record of building revenue-generating financial products and managing pricing strategy.
• Experience scaling product teams and mentoring Product Managers and Designers.
• Strong understanding of payment infrastructure, settlement flows, and risk systems.
