What you will do

• Define and own the shopping experiences roadmap for new growth channels.
• Launch and scale checkout flows and offers across web and mobile platforms.
• Design and execute acquisition programs to optimize CAC and LTV.
• Manage funnel performance, tracking acquisitions, activation, and drop-offs.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure scalable growth.
• Conduct incrementality testing to unlock new conversion levers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in growth or distribution.
• Proven track record shipping consumer financial or regulated products.
• Deep fluency in experiment design, incrementality, and attribution.
• Strong UX instincts and ability to work across web, app, and partner integrations.
• Data proficiency with SQL and Amplitude.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor for product vision and analysis.
• Background in partnering with Risk, Credit, Legal, and Compliance teams.
