Salary: $155,000 – $175,000

What you will do
- Manage, mentor, and develop a growing team of product designers, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Serve as a player-coach, contributing to hands-on design work while setting the overall vision and direction.
- Own the end-to-end design process for patient booking flows, portals, provider software, and internal tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, clinical, and operations teams.
- Establish and maintain scalable design systems in Figma to ensure consistency across products.
- Leverage data, user research, and market insights to inform design decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional product design experience with a strong consumer-facing portfolio.
- 2+ years of people management experience leading design teams.
- Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, advanced workflows, and design system management.
- Ability to communicate design trade-offs and the impact of designs to stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify process applies).
