Compensation: Base salary $67,500, OTE $120,000+ with uncapped commission.

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through final close.
- Generate and manage a robust pipeline through outbound calls and relationship building.
- Conduct strategic discovery calls and deliver ROI-driven product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close new business with practice owners and key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data within Salesforce.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to the development of sales strategies and processes.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Proven track record of high quota attainment and closing net-new business.
- Strong experience with outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Must be based in Austin, Texas and able to work from the office Monday–Thursday.
