Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas (Hybrid: In-office Monday–Thursday).

Compensation: Base salary $67,500, OTE $120,000+ with uncapped commission.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through final close.
  • Generate and manage a robust pipeline through outbound calls and relationship building.
  • Conduct strategic discovery calls and deliver ROI-driven product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close new business with practice owners and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data within Salesforce.
  • Mentor teammates and contribute to the development of sales strategies and processes.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record of high quota attainment and closing net-new business.
  • Strong experience with outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Must be based in Austin, Texas and able to work from the office Monday–Thursday.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
