Salary: $120,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Lead and coach IT team in helpdesk, sysadmin, and operational workflows.
• Own IT project roadmap, prioritization, and cross-functional initiatives like migrations and system rollouts.
• Design and implement automated, audit-ready onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Establish KPIs, process improvements, disaster recovery, and authentication standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure data-driven decisions on spend and risk.
• Build relationships across compliance, engineering, and company-wide teams.

Requirements

• Must be based anywhere in the US with up to 15 days travel per year.
• Proven experience building IT systems, driving alignment, and creating impact at scale.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Expertise in process design, operational rigor, automation, and security.
• Hands-on familiarity with IT tools, helpdesk SLAs, and vendor management.
• Ability to audit processes, identify gaps, and develop improvement roadmaps.
