Salary: $180,000 – $210,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day IT operations and develop a scalable technology roadmap.
• Manage core business systems, identity and access management, and endpoint management.
• Partner with Security and Engineering teams to strengthen cybersecurity and risk management.
• Oversee IT vendors, procurement, budgeting, and asset management.
• Drive process improvements and automation across the IT organization.
• Support employee technology needs and collaboration tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT, including leadership of corporate IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based environments, SaaS, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and technology budgets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, AI, or high-growth technology environments.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or PMP.
• Experience supporting distributed and global teams.
