What you will do

• Analyze existing IT service performance metrics and establish baseline team-level KPIs.
• Define and implement standardized IT operations metrics and dashboards to ensure transparency.
• Streamline IT operating cadences, including change management, incident response, and project planning.
• Assess and improve ITSM processes to reduce risks and enhance system reliability.
• Identify and drive automation opportunities across IT support and infrastructure workflows.
• Partner with security and cross-functional teams to adopt IT best practices and co-created solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations with a strong background in project management and service management metrics.
• Proven ability to define metrics, analyze data, and drive meaningful change.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Proactive approach to building structure and operating in ambiguity.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools, specifically the Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Desk).
