Salary: $146,400 — $375,100 USD (TTC / OTE depending on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Serve as the technical expert for hirify.global Data Cloud to win technical decisions on high-value opportunities above $100K ARR.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations highlighting AI, ML, DSPM, and Microsoft workloads including M365 and EntraID.
• Collaborate with sales teams to design solutions aligned with customer objectives and industry best practices.
• Develop and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) tests to validate solution suitability in customer environments.
• Create technical documentation including solution briefs, whitepapers, and backup policy design.
• Act as the voice of the customer by reporting feature gaps and enhancement opportunities to product teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software sales, technical pre-sales, or solution engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) and EntraID.
• Experience with DSPM solutions such as Microsoft Purview for monitoring and protecting sensitive data.
• Technical depth in cloud security requirements, Azure services, and M365 APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Dynamics in a data protection context.
• Knowledge of competitive plays in the data protection space.
• Existing relationships or co-sell experience within the Microsoft ecosystem.
