Salary: $120,000–$136,000

What you will do

• Own post-sales technical success for enterprise customers as their primary advisor.
• Lead technical onboarding and develop joint success plans to accelerate time-to-value.
• Deliver enablement sessions on APIs, integrations, authentication, and admin governance.
• Manage technical escalations, migrations, and incident coordination cross-functionally.
• Monitor customer health data to proactively identify risks and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to advocate for roadmap enhancements based on customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role supporting enterprise SaaS.
• Strong technical acumen in APIs, integrations, and authentication protocols (SAML, SCIM).
• Experience presenting complex technical outcomes to executive audiences.
• Understanding of commercial impact, including NRR and expansion metrics.
• Must be based in Chicago and able to work from the office on a hybrid schedule.
