Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones to ensure seamless candidate pipelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a high-quality virtual and onsite experience.
  • Maintain ATS hygiene (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and ensure candidate record data integrity.
  • Build and scale recruiting operations by documenting SOPs and eliminating workflow inefficiencies.
  • Create recruiting dashboards and report on funnel conversion, pipeline health, and interviewer utilization.
  • Partner on recruiting events, community engagement, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or operations within a tech or startup environment.
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
  • Strong ability to transform raw recruiting data into clean dashboards and actionable stories.
  • Exceptional calendar logistics skills and ability to manage time-sensitive priorities.
  • Must be based in San Francisco for a hybrid work arrangement.
