What you will do

• Schedule a high volume of calls and onsite interviews while keeping internal teams fully informed.
• Source and connect with potential candidates across various recruiting platforms.
• Conduct phone-screens to assess candidate fit for open roles.
• Manage candidate flow and maintain data accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Execute weekly outreach goals and coordinate travel for non-local candidates.
• Monitor job postings and guide candidates through the onsite interview process.

Requirements

• BA / BS degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong initiative and ability to prioritize tasks without direct guidance.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and fast typing skills.
• Must be based in San Francisco.
