Salary: $108K – $127K + Equity

What you will do
- Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Payroll, Legal, and PeopleOps to ensure financial information accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances to support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
- Perform flux and variance analyses using data analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify actionable insights.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities and internal control enhancements to increase accounting efficiency.
- Support external audits, system implementations, and special accounting projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in general ledger accounting, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- High proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- CPA certification.
- Experience with AI-enabled tools to amplify productivity.
