What you will do

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Payroll, Legal, and PeopleOps to ensure financial information accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances to support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Perform flux and variance analyses using data analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify actionable insights.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities and internal control enhancements to increase accounting efficiency.
• Support external audits, system implementations, and special accounting projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in general ledger accounting, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• High proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• CPA certification.
