Salary: $75,000 – $180,000 USD

What you will do

• Define research objectives and select methodologies to generate actionable insights.
• Mentor junior strategists in framework development, analysis, and recommendation crafting.
• Oversee customer journey mapping to identify marketing opportunities and address pain points.
• Develop brand positioning statements based on audience analysis and competitive differentiation.
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure accurate reflection of benefits and clinical data.
• Manage workshop logistics and develop materials for client and internal strategy sessions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in market research and strategic planning within the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience leading research initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working across HCP and DTC projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.

Nice to have

• Oncology experience is preferred.
