Salary: $140,000 - $240,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day delivery of client engagements focused on omnichannel experience strategies.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with Associate Partners.
• Synthesize data and insights into actionable experience blueprints and activation roadmaps.
• Facilitate client workshops and internal sessions to uncover customer needs and define requirements.
• Partner with analytics and data science teams to embed measurable success metrics into strategy design.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering analytical rigor and storytelling skills.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 8 years of experience in customer engagement, omnichannel strategy, or digital marketing.
• Professional experience within life sciences or consulting industries.
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects and managing client relationships.
• Familiarity with data platforms, CRM systems, and omnichannel orchestration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
