What you will do

• Hire and supervise the Bioanalytical Client Services team to coordinate study logistics.
• Collaborate with senior management and principal investigators to support new business and ensure timely project delivery.
• Partner with the Strategic Sales team on pre-sales meetings, quote generation, and statement of work (SOW) drafting.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to internal and customer-facing administrative processes.
• Facilitate communication between external customers and internal departments to mitigate project risks.
• Provide key performance metrics to the executive team regarding project milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer-facing, technical support, or consultative roles.
• Minimum of 4 years of direct or indirect supervisory experience.
• Must have experience in GXP or other regulated environments (GLP/GCLP highly preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of handling escalated customer interactions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify used).

Nice to have

• Experience with SFDC (Salesforce).
• Experience with MSD’s immunoassay platform or multiplexing technology.
• Experience in a bioanalytical contract research organization.
• Proficiency with MS Project or similar project management software.
