What you will do

• Lead relationships with top-tier national and regional thought leaders in cell therapy, oncology, and transplant.
• Design and execute long-term engagement strategies aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Synthesize field insights into executive-ready narratives to inform strategy and evidence generation.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams.
• Represent the organization in external forums with high scientific rigor and professionalism.
• Contribute to the evolution of insight frameworks and engagement models as a senior role model.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Somerset, NJ.
• Minimum 10-15 years of pharmaceutical or biologics industry experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant Multiple Myeloma, Cell Therapy, or Oncology experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) preferred.
• Ability to travel 75 – 85%.
• Proven track record of influencing senior internal and external stakeholders.
