Salary: $193,629 – $254,137 USD

What you will do
- Lead relationships with top-tier national and regional thought leaders in cell therapy, oncology, and transplant.
- Design and execute long-term engagement strategies aligned to enterprise priorities.
- Synthesize field insights into executive-ready narratives to inform strategy and evidence generation.
- Act as a strategic advisor to Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams.
- Represent the organization in external forums with high scientific rigor and professionalism.
- Contribute to the evolution of insight frameworks and engagement models as a senior role model.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Somerset, NJ.
- Minimum 10-15 years of pharmaceutical or biologics industry experience.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant Multiple Myeloma, Cell Therapy, or Oncology experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) preferred.
- Ability to travel 75 – 85%.
- Proven track record of influencing senior internal and external stakeholders.
