What you will do
- Lead high-impact relationships with top-tier national and regional thought leaders in oncology and cell therapy.
- Design and execute long-term engagement strategies aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Synthesize field insights into executive-ready narratives to inform strategy and evidence generation.
- Act as a strategic advisor to cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Market Access.
- Represent the organization in external forums with high scientific rigor and ethical standards.
- Serve as a role model for advanced engagement capabilities and strategic thinking within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biologics industry (sales, marketing, or medical).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Multiple Myeloma, Cell Therapy, or Oncology.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred.
- Demonstrated success influencing senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel 75–85% of the time.
- Proven track record of shaping strategy through field-derived insights.
