Salary: USD $149,550 - 249,250 per year (OTE)

What you will do

• Engage healthcare clients across stakeholders to evangelize hirify.global solutions and provide domain expertise to support deal closure
• Lead presales activities including technical presentations, architecture design discussions, proof-of-concept engagements, RFP/RFI responses, demos, and technical workshops
• Analyze customer business and technology objectives by asking probing questions to enable effective, responsive sales support
• Craft and propose custom solutions that differentiate hirify.global software and services and meet customer requirements
• Develop deep technical knowledge of hirify.global and healthcare-relevant domain expertise
• Act as an advisory team leader by organizing domain authorities, collaborating on solutions, and collecting industry trends and competitive insights

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical presales and/or consulting experience (or equivalent industry experience)
• Experience with server administration and configuration, including Windows Web Server, Active Directory, and cloud directory services such as Okta and Entra ID
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and design
• Strong presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences, plus listening, reasoning, and objection-handling skills
• Healthcare industry experience (EMRs, security, administration, end-user computing)
• Location: Remote from Florida or Georgia

Nice to have, if there is

• Experience with desktop virtualization (VMware vSphere, hirify.global Horizon, Citrix, Microsoft RDS)
• Experience with mobile technologies (AirWatch, MobileIron, Microsoft, or Citrix) and configuring/deploying mobile device platforms
• Experience with identity access management systems
• Experience with Windows enterprise administration and Windows application deployment, configuration, and management
• Flexible travel up to 50% of the time
